Hey look. Cinccino.
The artist has ponified other Pokemon so be sure to check out the source.
Cinccino is a terrible Pokemon in RU but remains in said tier due to idiots using it all the time. If it were NU, it would be a great Pokemon with a good speed tier and a great ability in Skill Link.
I think Cinccino is with CIPHER.
