Daily Post #13

Well, thirteen is generally accepted as an unlucky number, and it seems Gum Rainbow Dash has paid the consequences for being in a pic destined for display in a random pony blog's thirteenth daily post.

The uncolored version makes Applebloom look like she's melting.  Applebloom seems to be handling what she did pretty well.  I'm not really sure what that face is supposed to mean.

Found this picture while looking for Gum Pony (from On Your Marks).
There is a "gum" tag.....

Daily Post #12

No source needed here.  All I can tell you is that this is from the "behaving like a dog" tag on Derpibooru.  This is apparently from the episode The Cutie Mark Chronicles.

I didn't expect to be posting a picture of Twilight Velvet, though.  The names confuse me.  Is the family's last name "Sparkle?"  If so, why is one of them "Velvet" and another "Light?"  And then there's "Armor."

This confuses me.

Here's a horse behaving like a dog.

Episode Post No. 2 (On Your Marks)

Time for another episode post.
It's about On Your Marks!
On Your Marks wasn't half a bad episode.  As with last time, I'm just going to share some screenshots, give my thoughts on elements of the episode, pretend you care, and be on my way.

I'm going to try to make it different ponies each time.  I guess we'll have to see.  I've been avoiding the main cast for a bit.  Still need to do Pinkie Pie and Rarity.

Here's Rainbow napping in what is presumably a cherry blossom tree.  Quite a nice tree to lay yourself in, though.

Hating Fluttershy is the hip thing over at Equestria Daily's Nightly Discussion.
I don't get it.  She is a limiting character; definitely not easy to work with- but is she seriously that bad?

APPARENTLY she always has to learn the same lesson.
But why not?  The journey to the destination is different each time.  Besides, it's not like one triumph is going to solve your problem right away.  If anything, having to face the same conflict multiple times is a bit more credible.

If you've got any more arguments, you can tell me in the comments.

I like the paint-like look to the picture.  Pretty charming overall, especially with that blanket and the cup of... tea?  Coffee?  I don't know.....

HAVE A MEDIOCRE DAY!

Applejack!

I particularly liked this picture I found of her.  I especially like the cartoonish look to it and the sunset not only looks really nice and calming, but it gives off that "a day of work well done" tone to it.

That is quite an odd position to fall asleep in, though.
